WARRANTY

Novation S.p.A. warrants its Cosmas® footwear
to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or unusual
exposures, as conditions of use are outside the control of the
manufacturer. This limited warranty is granted to the original
buyer and shall extend for a period of three (3) years from the
date of purchase. Except as set forth above, Cosmas® makes
no other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Repair, replacement, or dealer credit, at the
manufacturer’s sole discretion, shall be the exclusive remedy available for breach of this warranty. The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Distributors are not authorized to replace Cosmas® products without prior approval. Any Cosmas® product returned under warranty must be returned to Cosmas® for evaluation. Upon inspection, Cosmas® will either replace the product, repair the product, credit the dealer account, or return the product as is with an explanation. Damage due to normal wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable charge with customer or dealer approval.

RETURNS

If you have a Cosmas® product that you believe should be considered for warranty, please, either take it back to the store where you purchased it along with your dated receipt, or contact the distributor from which you purchased it and find out how to return it for inspection. If this is not possible, then please contact Cosmas® atinfo@cosmasusa.com to obtain a Returns Authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please include your name; ship to address; email address; telephone number; model, size, and date of purchase; and the reason for the return. Products returned for warranty inspection should be sent prepaid and insured. Cosmas® will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either repair it, replace it, or credit the distributor for the product, or return it as is with an explanation, at our sole discretion. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Authorization number.
