1. Where can I get more information about TCX products?
1A: Visit
www.novationna.com and select TCX from the menu on the left side of home page. Or you can call and speak to a customer service representative at 603.292.6259.

2. How can I become a TCX dealer?

2A: Send us an email at
info@tcxbootsusa.com ( message in the reference line “interested in becoming a TCX dealer”) Our customer service department will contact you.

3. What is the best way to place a TCX order?
3A: We’ve found that
info@tcxbootsusa.com is the best way to receive PO and other forms of communication. The entire customer service team receives the request and the first available representative will enter your order. They will also follow up with you by sending you an order confirmation outlining what has been processed, pricing and where and how it is to be shipped. You may also fax your PO to 603.292.6754.

4. How long does it take to get my order once it has been placed?

4A: All one and two piece orders we try to ship same day if received before 3:30 PM , EST. Most other orders may be shipped with in 24 hours, longer for larger stocking orders. We ship from Waukegan, IL thus we are centrally located to reach most parts of the country within three days. Expedited freight is available and will be charged upon invoicing.

5. How long is the warranty on TCX boots?
5A: TCX footwear is covered by a limited one-year warranty that covers defective materials or workmanship. End-users: If you think you may have a warranty claim please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the boots. For our Dealers, write into
info@tcxbootsusa.com and attach a couple of photos of the boots and the issue(s) as well as a copy of the customer’s dated receipt.

6. Retailers: How can I return TCX product?
6A: All returns must be pre-approved by Novation North America prior to returning. You must also receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instruction prior to shipping the inventory. Contact the customer service department at

7. Do you have POP (Point of Purchase) product for my store?
7A: To assist you in your efforts as a TCX retailer we offer free POP to ship with your order. Contact 603.292.6259 or add it to your PO. Note: Let us know if you have slat walls.

8. I am an online retailer, do you have high-resolution pictures to use on my website?
8A: Yes, email customer service at
info@tcxbootsusa.com (reference line: HR Photos for website needed) or contact customer service at 603.292.6259. They will make arrangements to send you an electronic file with the photos you need.

9. Can I sell other Novation North America brands beside TCX?

9A: yes, contact Novation at 603.292.6259.

10. Who can I talk to if I have a question about my account?
10A: Our customer service department is well versed in being able to assist our customers with many types of question – You can contact customer service by email at:

So that you get the correct department please be sure the reference line specifies what your inquiry is pertaining to for example: Invoice number, shipping, PO status, inventory availability etc…
