Warranty Returns: TCX products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. Details of this limited warranty are available through TCX. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, improper use or care, accident, or unusual exposures. All warranty determinations will be made by TCX, which reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue credit for valid warranty returns in line with the TCX warranty policy. In order to obtain a Returns Authorization number and return shipping instructions please be ready to supply the following:
Non-Warranty Returns: For non-warranty returns for credit, please contact TCX to obtain a Returns Authorization number and return shipping instructions. All returns for credit require TCX sales manager approval. All goods returned for credit must be new and in retail condition, in the original packaging with all associated labels and hangtags. Products returned for credit should be sent prepaid and insured. TCX and Novation North America, Inc. will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Authorization number.
